“I went to school in Laie for a short time and any of the plates here take me right back to Sunset Beach. Teri chicken is so well marinated, it's juicy and tender and I swear there are undertones of pineapple (they marinate the teriyaki chicken and beef in a house made teriyaki sauce). Mac salad is the perfect classic Mac recipe, not too heavy but flavorful and rich. I also got a bag of the Keke fried banana cake, still warm from the fryer. I hope this place never goes away.”

“YOU GUYS. THIS PLACE DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS. The nicest people, the yummiest food, both Tongan and Hawaiian hot food, tasty treats both cooked and packaged, Polynesian groceries; you MUST try the banana kei kei dessert--it's heaven. I am so happy that we decided to check out this place when we were hot and hungry after some pretty hard work with my fifteen year old son. Thank you so much. We will be back. My son of few words says: Great food and nice employees.”
